MESH Construction is construction management firm dedicated to delivering excellence in every project. MESH evolved from Emem Group, a real estate development firm that served as the general contractor on its own residential developments prior to MESH's formation. This developer-led foundation gives MESH a unique owners’ perspective that sets it apart from traditional contractors. The team understands both the construction process and the owner's objectives, enabling MESH to deliver projects with greater efficiency, transparency, and value.
Leadership
Founded in 2024 by Milwaukee natives Michael Emem and Humberto Sanchez, MESH was built on a shared vision of delivering high-quality construction services while strengthening communities through thoughtful real estate development.
Michael Emem
Michael is a proven leader in the built industry with over 20 years’ experience in architectural design, construction management and real estate development. He has a demonstrated ability to oversee various types of projects including residential, multifamily, and commercial. Michael has managed the construction of over 800 housing units, including designing and building over 150 homes totaling over $500M in completed projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee region.
Humberto Sanchez
Humberto is a detail-oriented construction professional with proven talent for executing projects in fast-paced environments, with adherence to time, budget, and quality expectations. With over 15 years and over $300M in completed project experience ranging from public schools, apartment communities, industrial, and office, Humberto is methodical thinker proficient at adapting under pressure, implementing Lean techniques and driving continuous improvements to enhance overall efficiency,
safety, and compliance.
